Love this! The music was good to I usually mute. Could I do this technique on white chocolate ganache?😀
@psychobakes78283 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Yes i've seen many bakers paint over white chocolate ganache, especially if they're making a black cake. The ganache is better set firm overnight before painting

Beautiful technique.... is this painted on buttercream?... does the colors melt down if the cake is at room temp?
@psychobakes78282 жыл бұрын
Thank you. It would be hard to paint if the buttercream is at room temperature. Should be firm out of the fridge

What substitute can u use for the foam pls. Can u use a kitchen sponge and cut it in half and can i mix the colour with sunseed oil pls
@psychobakes78283 жыл бұрын
You can use any sponge or brush as long as it's new and clean I wouldn't recommend mixing with oils, you can use lemon extract.

Good technique but I think this technique is possible only for buttercream frosted cakes..Can we use art sponges on whipped cream cakes?
@psychobakes78283 жыл бұрын
I think whipped cream is too soft to be painted, you can possibly try this technique if the whipped cream is stabilized
