I wish he could reprise his role as the German commander in Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory one more time.

That was before he was blacklisted by the un-American activities committee in the early 50s because he was exposed as a communist party member and after that every one in Hollywood, including Walter lantz blacklisted him, and he went to Europe and that’s why they had to replace the voice of buzz buzzard in 1952 with Dallas McKinnon, who did it up until 1972 by the time he did transformers He’s not been blacklisted since 1965.

Neil Ross sounded more like John Stephenson as Kup than as Lionel Stander playing him.

Neil Ross missed his calling!

Lionel Stander always gave Kup a raspy old timer voice. Neil Ross should've also tried out for stand-up comedy given how he sounded in a raspy fashion.
