There wouldn’t have been any evidence tampering had the officers assigned to the case properly handled the situation. It all leads back to the first officer at the scene. The ties the Ramseys had with powerful people helped them set up roadblocks to hinder the investigation but had the officers been properly trained, they would have had the evidence from the get go that they needed to formally charge them early enough to where those roadblocks wouldn’t have had time to even happen.

@@joanlynch5271 I don't think we will get it for her since Patsy died and she wrote the letter :( I don't know why they would cover this up if it was an accident. I think the brother was using the paint brush in her private parts the Mother or Father caught them and somehow she was disciplined violently. Or the brother just hit her over the head and the garrote was just an after thought. She was unconscious but not dead they thought she was though. And if you watch a tour on youtube of the home the only way to get down stairs is in the kitchen by those back stairs in the kitchen area.

The brother got mad and hit her like he said “the killer” did in the head (maybe a hammer because that’s what he said) because he got mad or was upset because she got all the attention . The father had also been sexually assaulting her the whole time and he did too before he killed her. The parents killed her to cover up the little boys actions of hitting her leaving a six inch crack in her skull. The parents wanted to keep there little family “perfect” and helped to just try and cover it all up. I think the little boy did it because in his evaluation he talks so calmly and gives explicit details. And the parents just don’t show emotion. I also think the mom is wearing glasses at the funeral to cover up the fact that she actually wasn’t crying. And the way the dad tampered with evidence and just dragged her body to the living room is SO suspicious. And he’s the first one to find her. I think he got tired of no one finding her and just thought he’d get the body himself.

I'm going to have to disagree. She was a child that was constantly televised and seen by adults. Which means pedophiles probably loved her, and if you've seen more videos, they have plenty of pedos around their area. It's very possible that someone did break into the house and camped downstairs for a day or so. And like the video said, very bad cops, narcotics and an auto theft cop. These cops clearly aren't trained and working outside of their jurisdiction, and didn't follow proper protocol. The parents never changed their story, and they did find DNA of an unknown man in the underwear along with a foot print. I'm sure this kid was racking up money for the parents, I don't think JoBeńet's parents would murder their moneymaker. They parents also had a choice to either bury her or cremate her. If the parents REALLY had some evidence to hide, they would have burned it away.

The fact that the father got his other kids killed via an “accident” and the mother who’s more willing to tell she’s a stage 4 cancer survivor than show devastation over the death of her daughter. The brother looked so unbothered, even if you say he hates her sister, it’s normal to show sadness over this. Hell, at a young age, my siblings and I cried more during the Rugrats movie because Chucky didn’t have a mom. Children know and have a feeling of sadness already. Them, just truly an unbelievable family. Money is really a huge factor. I hope I’m still alive when they truly speak about the truth of what happened.

The murderer liked “Dr.Pepper” .. • In Burke’s train room in front of the “Death on the Nile” movie poster is a can of “Dr.Pepper” in which the murderer liked to face the can’s label towards something he wanted to be noticed .. • “Dr.Pepper” can is also left at Michael Helgoth’s supposed suicide .. “Dr.Pepper” can is facing towards Michael Helgoth’s body along with a pistol & stun gun. JonBenet was “Face Down” in her bedroom & “Face Down” in the “Boiler Room” then dragged in the “Wine Celler” & staged “Face Up” ..

I remember that lots of questions came up around the evidence and behavior of parents. We are talking about a very influential family - they were never anxious to work with law enforcement. Every interview was very controlled. 1st avoiding meeting with law enforcement then "telling" a prescripted interview on TV. Can anyone spell McCann?

Im not saying the Ramseys are innocent. Im actually 50 50 on guilt or innocence. But if you were going to stage your childs kidnapping and murder why would you create a crime scene were the intruder sneaks through a broken basement window into the house and leaves the body on the basement floor and leaves through the same basement window. When the Ramseys could have just said they forgot to lock the front door and hid the body in the woods or snow.

John went down to the small basement room thing first. Out of alllll those rooms in that huge house, he goes straight down there. Very strange. Not to mention all the items used in this case came from the home. I think the mother used the tape on her mouth and strangled her while the father assaulted her. Then when the notices she was still alive, one of them hit her in the head. But back to when they found her. Any logical person should know not to touch anything in a crime scene. So I think he did that so people would see he was touching her when he brought her to the living room. Then the mother touched her. Basically if they left her alone, that would be allll the last bit of evidence to put them away. I could go on and on ab this but it’s already obvious they did this to their sweet little girl l.

So many parallels with the Madeleine McCann case in the UK. Parents disliked by the public and police not interviewing them as well as the trashing of the crime scene. In both cases the parents were not grief stricken - they chose the media instead.

JonBenét’s murderers liked Clint Eastwood & movies scenes with elevators .. Copied movies for JonBenét’s ransom note. Most of the movies from the 90’s involved “Elevators” .. Ransom (1996) Elevator to Penthouse Nick of Time (1995) Elevator Fight In the Line of Fire (1993) Elevator Fight Speed (1994) Elevator Fight & Explosions Usual Suspects (1995) Elevator Assassinations Dirty Harry (1971) Even though “Scorpio” murders his victims from high up on rooftops there is never any “Elevators” .. Only stairs .. No elevators. Dirty Harry was written after true crime stories of the “Zodiac” & the Barbara Mackle 1969 kidnapping. Dirty Harry finds the “Note to San Francisco” in an obvious place .. Patsy Ramsey finds JonBenét’s ransom note in an obvious place .. Barbara Mackle’s ransom note is copied into JonBenét’s ransom note .. The Dirty Harry movie is copied into JonBenét’s ransom note .. If I feel your even being followed .. The girl dies. If you talk to anyone .. I don’t care if it is Pekingese pissing on a lamp post .. The girl dies. It sounds like you had a good little rest ! You’ll need it ! Listen .. Listen Very Carefully ! Do we understand ? Dirty Harry knows the girl is dead already. Ruthless People (1986) .. Mr. Stone Listen very carefully, We have kidnapped your wife. We have no qualms about killing & will do so at the slightest provocation. Do you understand ? You are to obtain a new black American Tourister Brief Case model number 8104. Do you understand ? In it you will place $500,000 dollars in unmarked nonsequentially numbered $100 dollar bills. Do you understand ? Monday morning at 11:00am with case in hand you will proceed to Hope Street Plaza & wait for a phone to ring. You will receive futher instructions then. Do you understand ? You will be watched at all phases of execution. If anyone is with you or if any action is not carried out to our complete satisfaction it would be considered an infraction to the rules & your wife will be killed. Do you understand ? If you notify the police .. Your wife will be killed. If you notify the media .. She will be killed. If you deviate from our instructions in anyway whatsoever .. She will be killed. Do you understand ? The Ramsey’s house had an elevator that was taken out & then a spiral stairway built in .. “BPD” found welding residue as evidence .. Do you understand ?

Who would do such a vile thing to a child? The field would be or should be narrowed down to anyone who knew he received a $118K bonus. That means everyone he worked with or for. Everyone in the office. Everyone! Was this done? There's DNA but no-one showing up on the database yet. No parent would assault a child - their own child sexually as was done here. I can't imagine the little girl's terror. She told another child Santa was going to visit her early? Check it out who - if he's dead exhume him.

did they ever untie that knot to see if there is any dna under it? I find it strange that there were no fingerprints or dna anywhere in that house other then the ramsey's nothing on JB, nothing in her room nothing on the staircase, or the note, or the pen, not even on the pad, her clothes, kitchen counter, nothing not even a single hair or fiber, were they wearing gloves and a cap the whole time? Or was there no intruder?

The DNA could have been planted there on purpose by the parents, from someone's spit, or from a trash-can. i personally believe the father is the killer, her autopsy shows she was raped bu a huge dik. and who the fk would spend time writing 3 letters inside a house, and make the murder-weapon inside the house? someone in the family killed her, most likely the father.

Mom and dad invited people to their house after they called the police to destroy all evidence. Why would they look for her in the house if she was kidnapped? Wouldn't everyone be canvasing the neighborhood while police looked for forced entry? They let the family look for her body in the house? Why would they look in the house for her if it was suggested that she was kidnapped? I've never heard of a kidnapper that stayed in the house? Dad must have suggested they look in the house and cops played along? Mom had an alibi as soon as she called 911. "We just got in." So you didn't notice your daughter was gone for how long? Enough time to be beaten, strangled and sexually assaulted? So you got in the house went straight to sleep and didn't hear anything at all? Not even Harry Potter with an invisible cloak is that good to get into a house unseen and unheard like that. All the materials used in her murder belonged to the mother, so an outsider had that much time to find it, and use it in a murder that quickly? (Remember on 911 call she says they just got home). In one interview Mom says she suspected Dad when she saw the body and held onto her gun and in the other she says she cried out. Which is it? She covered up for her husband and he must have threatened that she would go to jail to and their perfect façade was on the line so she kept her mouth shut.

John Andrew, [who by the way, left semen inside of a suitcase and a Dr. Seuss book] under the busted window and in close proximity to the body, AND AN EYEWITNESS, who saw him, who knew the family well, and a list of other things, should not be doing shows [24] years later, took this half brother [24] years to come out in support for his slain half sister, think about that, and he's telling you in this interview, at the age of [19] that he was handed two business cards from the detectives and one said Narcotics and the other Auto-theft and he automatically knew the case was in ''bad hands''? GIVE ME A BREAK, the 19 year old college kid at the time couldn't think so deeply. Here's what I urge people to do, stop looking at Burke, and start looking at John Andrew. The half brother has a list, literally a list as long as my arm of circumstantial evidence linking him to the murder. I only gave you partial of the odd things linking him, and don't you think semen stained blanket inside of a suitcase, with fibers from that blanket on Jonbenet's thighs and a Dr. Seuss book should set off some alarm bells? With the body nearby... under a busted window in the basement????? and an eyewitness???? and yet people want to make up pineapple scenarios with a 9 year Burke and Jonbenet, yet actual evidence inside of a suitcase and a eyewitness get's bypassed, simply because people read online or believed that "John Andrew" was "cleared" he was "in Atlanta" lol ok...ok..
