You need to earn a certain amount of XP by doing the challenges from the Tides of War chapters. On the main menu, you'll see "Chapter Rewards" and can track your progress there.

Why do the Medics get a Bolt action that can be cycled without breaking ADS? This gun clearly blows the pants off of any of the Semi-auto rifles available to the Recon class. #ScoutSadFace - Stodz destroying as usual man, much respeckt.

@@patrickgracias5782 OK... So what is the bolt action for if all of the rifles are semi auto? The Jungle Carbine is mechanically no different from the SMLE in how rounds are cambered and fired. Not breaking ADS is only allowed on other bolt actions in this game if you are using iron sights. Anyway, shouldn't you be off trying to kill your wife and best friend?
