What sort of a monster leaves a small dog that cannot see and hasn't seen all his life beside the side of a roadway where he very quickly would be hurt or killed by passing vehicles? How sick a piece of shit does that former owner have to be to think up something like that? Unbelievable. I am just glad someone saved the little boy in time. Thankyou for doing all you can for him.
