The Little Man Wants to Cross the Line - Trailer

"The Little Man Wants to Cross the Line" is a new documentary film by Croatian author Vladimir Šantić.
The film thematizes the painful and current state of BiH society, deeply immersed in the past, with daily evocation of memories and events, rigidly nurturing a culture of memory, which does not allow it to surface and take a deep breath of the future, after more than 30 years since the beginning of multi-partyism in the country.
How deep are we immersed in the past, why do we need to commemorate past events so much, how deep is the territorial and social division, is there a perspective for the life of young people, how difficult is it to develop social awareness in a country that does not even have the text of its national anthem, whether is it possible to reconcile ethnicity with belonging to the state, is there a vision of a better future for BiH, are just some of the topics and questions to which more than twenty interlocutors from different parts of BiH and different professions give their answers and opinions in the film.
"Maybe you think I'm a dreamer,
Which in a nutshell causes the sea.
But know that I'm not the only one.

And Bosnia and Herzegovina will be as one"...
