Old red pulled you home so she is still a good old girl. CB Rambo that is good, Years ago I had a guy follow me into a lot and got out with a pipe yelling at me because I wouldn't go faster. He was stupid, the state patrol was sitting right there listening to him and decided to check if he was drunk and then did a safety on his truck. After a couple hours nap the guys truck was there but didn't see him. People are stupid and can be really stupid in groups, way to violent also. I miss the calm of the 1970-1980s. Have a safe week Shane.

That old truck does its job well ! You got plenty of gears , old timers had way less power than that ! Nice countryside thanks for sharing . I’m a farmer not a truck driver , but we have hills ten times steeper . All the best

I pulled trains back in the early 80,s with a 350 Cummins. It did a good job. A friend of mine pulled trains to Western Canada with a 350 Cat.

You can get that 11.1l built into a 12.7l and get 600 or more hp if you really wanted it cranked that high. you could crank that 11.1l up to whatever hp you want also not sure how long it would last that way

Unless you've got 6-7 cars stacked up behind you and no place to pull over to let 'em by,, no problem driver. Hammer down! Could'a been worse, if you were driving a 10 speed Detroit 238hp 6-71! Lol! At 140K gvw you'd be in 3rd gear doing 19 mph, I'll bet! Back in the days of 73,280 GVW the NTC 350 was the Big Dawg of the super slab...
