Hi Alana. I started following you when you were first diagnosed. I’ve been through BC myself and recently had my 5th operation, to remove my remaining boob for symmetry. I’m now completely flat and content to be so. I felt ‘no chemo guilt’ as J chose not to have it due to other medical conditions. Others, like you, have been through far worse than me. I also follow Joe Plater and am devastated at his bad news. Such courage and determination.

People think that once your active treatment is over you just go back to ‘normal’. When I had my MX for symmetry no one wished me well, sent me a card and definitely no flowers! But I wouldn’t have to have that op if I hadn’t had cancer in the first place. There’s little or no support for you when treatment ends.

Alana, each of us have a burden to bare, none is heavier than another. I know it’s not easy, especially when we are living in pain which causes us to live with limitations, by try not to denigrate yourself. The challenge you are facing is very very real, it is not a figment of your imagination and it is extremely taxing. It took great courage to return to our screens, a choice I am glad you made. Just be you high or low, spiritedly or sedate, there is no need to wear a mask.

Hi Alana, I’m really pleased you’re starting make up videos. I’m 46 and always wear make up but only foundation, eye liner and lipstick. I just don’t have the confidence for eyeshadow and really want to learn. I will definitely be watching xx Glad your liver scan was good news. Take care xx

Bad mental health is a terrible thing to go through, I've been suffering with it for 30 years the last 3 years I've started with anxiety and panic attacks, I've only to fart and I have a panic attack, it's crazy I can feel 1 coming on but I'm powerless to stop it .

I'm heading over to Joe's channel now but I just wanted to drop you a hug first {{{HUGS}}} also, this week was the 1st time in 3 yrs that I put makeup on. I stopped wearing it when I retired to take care of my hubs when he got sick. I lost him a yr ago. My attempt at makeup told me one thing.....I don't need foundation, I need spackle lol. Hang in there sweetheart, you're doing great!

Yeah-I def got some good feedback, and im gonna try taking magnesium along side them, to see if that helps. Im going to exhaust every avenue, and if nothing helps, call it a day with them I think.
