Silver and gold show up with the node search mode but I've personally never seen them show up with the density search mode myself.

Correct, they don't show up on the Density readout as it's technically a special quartz ore. So find a vein of Quarts and hit it with the Node search mode like you do hunting for veins. Check in a few places around each vein of quartz. It will usually show either nothing, trace, or small amounts of Gold/Silver as well as the obvious Quartz. Honestly for their vanilla uses they are both far far far too rare to really ever consider using. I hope that changes at some point and gold/silver become a tad more common and possible have their own small to medium veins to hunt down in addition to the rare deposits in a quartz vein.

@@HypnotiqueAKAHypi I'm not sure why it's not working! Everything is in the game and shows up in the handbook but if I go to a new chunk I don't see any of the pretty new stuff. It's not generating for some reason

@heyallisonshea are you at the right latitude? You can check with /wgen pos latitude. These plants only generate at certain latitudes and it lists it on the mod page.
