The London Chainstore Massacre is the ultimate test of functional adaptive fitness. An annual event held on Halloween weekend in London’s renowned Chainstore Gym, the Massacre is a survival event that pits participants from all kinds of fitness and athletic backgrounds against a series of mystery challenges for body and mind for an entire day. Participants have three lives, failing to survive a challenge means the loss of a life. Lose all three lives and you’ve been Massacred…
Survivors earn the coveted Massacre Survivor Prize and the honour of completing the UK’s hardest physical challenge. Around 10% of participants survive any one Massacre event… are you brave enough?

you dont have to thank me, I should thank you to be such a group, I can never manage to go there and learn from this group. I read and view articles of pk gen to make an idea how this group works , though the pk gen routine is not available online so I made my own ADAPT routine with all those ideas.
