The new Volvos just don't match the good old Ategos that the LFB's iconic for. It'd be nice if they made a MK4 Hybrid to keep it going. Either way great vid mate! Hope we can see some LAS and LAA stuff soon as well. 🙌

@@TheDoubledoppler Yeah i'd imagine they still have MK4's on order they only came about really in 2017. I'm all for this environmental work in the first responder industry, I just hope Mercedes hop on with a hybrid MK5. Would hate to see the LFGB Fully convert to Volvos say 4-5 Years down the line.

They trailed an electric fire engine in my local brigade, it was soon got shot of, battery range wasn't great, not enough power to get up half the hills, on a protracted job, battery ran out. A stupid idea and still backed up with a diesel generator.... Good to see you back, all the best.

Don’t usually comment on stuff like this and usually enjoy the content. I currently work as a paramedic and seeing how much hate Police get is worrying and hurtful. Most people don’t understand that Police assist ambulance and fire alot as they are a lead emergency service… they often arrive on scene way before Amb or Fire do. I have witnessed Police officers giving CPR prior to my arrival and on an occasion dragging people out of burning buildings. Any dropped 999 call goes directly to police which can mean they are literally dealing with anything. So when you say “hate the police” and “ems workers don’t deserve it” I don’t feel anyone deserves it. Police officers are people too and like any profession there are good and bad weather that’s health care, teaching or emergency service and so on, it’s important to judge people as people and as an individual rather than what profession they do or whatever toxic media is stirred by the news. I have seen a lot of horrible and traumatic things as have many police officers and I can’t imagine what it is like to have the same level of scrutiny and pressure from the news and public after dealing with stuff like that. Enough said I’m sure it was an honest mistake on wording and keep making the great content.
