His daughter-in-law and grandchildren live far up in the mountainous region, but since the elderly grandfather cannot endure the cold, he has moved down to the plains. Every human being must get to that age, and still be able to balance their way around rugged terrain like that, fetch water, good mental awarenesss during cooking as not to burn themselves and so on. I attribute that to healthy lifestyle, eating healthy foods and never get bogged down, i presume by nagging housewife and non performing school children. Provided we turn our lifestyle around and embrace this simple yet effective lifestyle which guarantees longevity, theres no need for whell chairs and old people's home as seem to be a huge burden in western lifestyle.
