I saw this dude at First Avenue and he stole the show. Everyone in the venue was watching him. Absolutely brilliant. I hope to work with him someday.

For sure dude. I wish there were a way to describe this show. Nothing on yoututbe does this guy justice. This live show -for me- was JUST short of a life-changing experience. He opened for Gene Ween in Chicago last night. I talked to him after the show- he said he doesn't do shows much anymore cuz he's old now. I have to see this a few more times before I die. It's fucking important.

Thanks for inspiring me like 10 years ago, when I saw you perform at First Ave (Minneapolis, MN). Seriously, you're the only act I've ever seen live (and I've seen a bunch) that captivated EVERY PERSON in the room. It was one of those 'life changing' moments.... and I thank you greatly for it.

Ummmm, Wow! I happened to the Mr. Lonesome Organist at Spaceland in Los Angeles, and it was a pretty amazing experience. For an encore he walked into the crowd carrying a steel drum, and had some small bells on his shoes, and was drumming and tap dancing. One of the best musical performances I've ever seen!
