This region is out of this world, man. I still havent completed buried echoes yet, but the amount dark mysteries looming above the mine is crazy. Not to mention the soundtrack, when I first heard those unusual synth notes I got goosebumps, rip sick wolves.

Totally agree! The whole Far Territory has this foreboding and unwelcoming atmosphere, and the new contaminated zone feels almost cursed with the toxic waste spills, sick wolves and intense wind that slows you down 😱 Getting out of the mines and heading back to my base in Mystery Lake almost felt like going on a vacation 😄

Lost a 308 day save while trying to complete the final part of Buried Echoes the other day… Not my finest moment. Don’t try sleeping in the wilderness and then wandering around during a blizzard only to spot a chasm that you assume leads down into a cave but is really a 100+ft deep death trap! Just don’t!

Oh damn! That really sucks 😵I think everyone who's played TLD long enough has had a similar experience, but we learn from our mistakes and do a little better in the next run. But man, it blows that you'll have to do Buried Echoes all over again. That mine is such a death trap.
