The Long-Expected Party

Beautiful setting, outdoors, for your video! My own long-expected party will begin later today as I return to The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings. It's pretty much an every other year reading for me: I don't plan it typically, I just end up feeling the call of Middle-earth again, and off I go. I've been looking forward to this September 22 for several weeks now, so I'm very excited. I'm afraid my beverage won't have the same shotgun, concussion blast of an uncorking as yours did, however, as it will just be ice water.

Hey man, glad to see your post for this and for turning me onto starting LOTR again today. I commented on one of your previous videos where you mentioned it. I'll be reading it along with you. I got the deluxe illustrated edition for my birthday earlier this month so I'm gonna read that copy. You look positively toasty in that suit outside in the sun! (the price of a classy afternoon!).
