AWACS means airborne warning and control system. The 707 was thee first successful commercial jetliner. The E-3 sentry was the US Airforces modification and implementation of an early warning mobile radar station where they can conduct command and control operations during peace time and war time with early detection due to the forward deployment of the E3 and its capabilities to see and coordinate interception of enemy aircraft or missiles.

I love that Space Invaders gets faster as you kill off enemies. That was an unintentional effect of the original: the speed change was due to per enemy processor load.

People who code games in games always impress me. It's really cool and much respect. Normal contraptions always seems more "realistic" to realise to me, even though it needs same or sometimes more talent.

Thank you so much for checking out my train! You're wondering how it is stable on physics 1, so I'll explain: The stability of any object is based on it's size. The larger the object, the more stable it will be on lower physics qualities. On most land vehicles, people build them with just one part between the suspension and the wheel, and this singular part is what causes the issue. If you eliminate this tiny part and replace it with something bigger, let's say a 3x3 slab instead, and also eliminate the suspension, your vehicle will work just fine. For example, the train only derailed on that curve because it was too sharp for it to handle. On physics 1 my trains can handle the correct tracks easily. I actually built a bunch of physics 1 road vehicles and you can get them from the workshop. I recommend checking out the Innomotion Tradesman and the Innomotion Civil. Both are built by me. They do also have working suspension that uses a bearing system instead of regular suspension parts. Physics 1 compatible creations are not very hard to build at all, and I think it might be worth making a video about. Just let me know if you want any more info.

13:00 Basically, The physics engine uses faster but less acurate algorithms to calculate physics. Rigid creations that don't require complex motion or collision detection benifit from this such as the train. but other creations that use pistons, suspensions...etc need more physics checks and more accurate calculations that's why they are floppy and unstable. Bearings aren't considered complex since they just work with linear rotation and only the objected conected to it rotates locally to the bearing (or at least how it's usually done), but a suspension needs to keep track of 2 points, calculate the total mass of blocks it's holding, then apply some vector formulas.

Yeah I explained in my own comment, but typically the larger each rigid mass is, the more stable the creation is. You can actually get away with using pistons, suspension, etc. but you just have to design it right and think outside of the box.

It's called AWACS (ey-whacks). Who doesn't know the AWACS? Iconic. It's a very large piece of surveillance equipment. I didn't realize there were people that didn't know about the thing. Living in Vegas, you have a nearby facility where a few of these are regularly seen/stored/used (Nellis).

9:00 whenever i see a "large space ship, especialy when is designated for cargo, and or transport, it always reminds me of "hardsoace ship breaker" and how complicated they get to be cut them in oeaces as you progress. i remeber that 1 really large pasanger ahip, took me 1 and a half an hour to cut, and sort, if not even morw as i remeber.

Dude the awacs is also known as a flying radar. Because the disc is a radar and Boeing designed the jet. The radar dish is the AWAC

I think in terms of building actual vehicles, building them and thier utility, Trailmakers is WAYY better than ScrapMechanics however The stuff you can make with ScrapMechanic logic gates is just mindblowing...

Some really cool builds. I think kAn already looked at a the same train, or at least a train made by the same guy so it was cool to get a different reaction... question though: why did you just hook up "the red button" into your seat and press it when you already had a running start? Would probably have been more effective.

man the recoil on the doom game is really cool

Oops, it wasn’t intentional. All the recoil that was implemented there was a basic piston that de-extended when you shoot. The reason the recoil looks like that in the video was because my scrappy man still was on physics level 1 and so the bearing that held the pow pow at an angle was all floppy. Floppy like my- thank you for listening to my Ted talk.

Mods set up the events, but I pick the creations. I can only pick a limited number for a decent video length so there's usually a few good ones that don't make for no other reason than I just had to cut out something. Also sometimes they just fail to spawn and I have no way of knowing why.
