I hd slept like for 30mins with my contact lenses on & that turned out to be a grave mistake. I hd bloodshot eyes, itchiness & a lot of pain. I cudn't even close my eyelids. They were hurting so much. Ma'am, you are totally correct...one must never sleep with lenses on. And also wanted to tell that you are super strong, awesome & I lv ur physique😊
