Other Tidbits:
The band performed their final 2 shows which were rescheduled from an earlier date in May. The Rickshaw Stop is a bar and music venue which has a capacity of only ~400 people. During the show, there were a lot of stage diving and crowd surfing, including Billie Joe Armstrong, Frankie + The Studs and the Trashbags! The Longshot band members (who didn’t stage dive, lol) were Jeff Matika (bass), Kevin Preston (guitar) and David S. Field (drums).
Fans also threw a number of items up on stage, such as a Green Day/Longshot jacket and scarf which Billie Joe put on, lol. One of the jackets still had a cell phone in it and he joked with the fan, asking if she wanted it back. :P
And during ‘Fell for You’, when Billie Joe sang the lyric ‘making paper planes just for a while’, fans threw paper airplanes at the stage, lol. At ~2:40, Billie Joe points to one of them flying by, and at the end, Kevin picks up a paper plane off the stage and throws it back! :P
The Longshot sold their new 7" vinyl EP in addition to t-shirts, pins and the blue vinyl soundtrack to Turn It Around: The Story of East Bay Punk, a documentary which Green Day is the executive producer of. After the show, everyone hung out with the fans to sign autographs and take pictures, although only briefly, because they had to catch a flight to LA for their final show the next night in Santa Ana at The Observatory.
Many of the fans recognized each other from previous Green Day, Coverups and Longshot concerts. Before the show, members of Frankie + The Studs and the Trashbags hung out with the fans waiting in line and Zach, the bassist to Frankie + The Studs even threw around a football with us in the street, which was funny. :P
Billie Joe (before 'Happiness'): Don't pick on the big guy! That's like picking on me... but the opposite. lol Who cares if you can't see! :P

I think folk need to remember this is being recorded from within the audience, don't know what equipment AdmirNeeda uses but given the conditions, the sound is going to be a little off at times, generally the quality of his videos is great. I'm grateful we are getting footage of these awesome shows.

Beautiful! The performance... and Billie, outstandingly. I can't believe that you can film while having that awesome view, and also that almost every comment is about Jeff's vocals... They're fine, as in Green Day. One of the good things about The Longshot is that we get to see Jeff from closer, and I think he's doing great.
