When she lets go of the saddle handles and accepts her fate. Ugh, dude I cried. The bonds the dragon riders have with their dragons reminds me so much of the bonds I have with my German Shepherds. They are so loyal and would literally fight to the death for me. They are my real life dragons and I love them so much. I know the dragons are fictional but I love the idea of the strong bonds they share with their riders, I like to think that GRRM must have conceived the idea of the strong connection to those with horses and their riders or even dogs and their owners

The smart strategy would have been to send all the blacks dragon at once they would have easily dispatched goldenshit and taken out in a 4 on 1 assault on vhagar. I do gotta admit greens have a huge advantage with vhagar I don’t think there’s 1 dragon alive that can beat him 1 on 1 he’s just so massive. They would need to go in and out and just scratch him and bite him he would have no chance. Another thing I don’t get it why dose he kept getting other dragons by surprise he’s huge if anything it should be the other dragons catching him by surprise….

King Jaeherys reined for almost 70 years and if he got vermathor since he was a baby as it was tradition for every targayen child to have egg in the crib with them but even if he claimed vermathor later on he still had vermathor for his entire rein which lasted close to 70years (he’s the longest ruling targayen and viscerys is second longest ruling) then I’d say they have the longest bond of any rider and dragon. I’d say Rhaneys and Maleys are probably second.

I’m not sad about this death. She was given the death of a dragon warrior and that’s all they can hope for as dragon riders. She died fighting the biggest dragon in the realm as well as the current king’s dragon which is said to be quite beautiful as well as powerful. Fighting against two great dragons and she still gave them hell. This is how Dany should’ve died, not stabbed by her lover and going “insane” just to excuse bad writing

A lot of actors/actresses save their best work for their final scene. I don't know her name but the actress who played Rhaenys provided masterful work this episode with little actual speaking toward the end. That facial expression says more in one frame than many actors can with a 10 page monologue. That being said my boy Aemond continues his streak of W's.
