The Lost City & Glow Worm Tunnel, Blackfellows Hand Trail, Lithgow 4x4 Adventure

In this video we lock the hubs in low range and
hit the track to The Lost City not far from Lithgow. After taking in the picturesque scenery we make our way to the wonderful Glow Worm Tunnel. Then we make our way to Little Capertee via Blackfellows Hand Trail.

hi i'm from lithgow and i have not been to the Glow Worm Tunne only to the car park. the lost city is good. blackfellows hand trail is ok. blackfellows hand has a big new fence you can not get in to is sucks. the pub at capertee i love. and it has good 4WD trails at Capertee. did you get a new number plate i lost my 5 years ago down blackfellows hand trail it was bad 5 years ago

John lithgow, Thanks for watching. Our family enjoyed the glow worm tunnel. The lost city was a destination that had been on my bucket list for years, so it was a highlight for us to see it. I didn't replace our license plate until we got home. It sucks that places like this get locked up, but its our own fault cause we take advantage and trash them. Blackfellows hand trail looked like it had not long been graded when we were there, it would have been good to have done it back in its glory days

Nice video. I have got a stock Prado 120 series with AT tyres on it. Can I drive it to Lost City? I am a fresh guy on Off Road with just little experience. Is the track is ok for a fresh guy? Thanks mate.

Yinqiu Cheng, Thanks for watching 👍 when i was there im pretty sure there were tracks around most of the hard stuff, so you should be right, to be safe take a spotter or a 2nd car. I hope this helps

I have tackled the route on my 2007 stock subaru outback manual no problem. You should be fine with prado.
