This game is actually more terrifying than Phasmophobia, the way the ghosts hunt you down, the ghosts could crawling on the ceiling and staring at you through the window, that is really terrifying.

Not really. Yeah, the ghost doing more is kinda cool & increased aggression makes sense since you're attempting an exorcism but it's also less scary in some ways since you can fight back

My own tier for them: Not that scary- ghost hunters corp Kinda scary- phasmophobia Scary- demonologist They are scary if you actually try to put yourself in the game. But if you're playing as a player only, then it'll not be scary.

These are clearly separate games with different goals Phasmophobia is more focused on the horror, IMO, whereas this is allowing the player to complete the process & perform the exorcism. It's much more direct than Phasmophobia is & there's also less suspense since the ghost goes berserk pretty quick

i think the best way to "escape" the ghost is actually by running and also holding the door behind you shut so your stamina can recharge then you can run again

Btw there’s a journal like in phasmophobia but it’s a lot more in depth with ghost characteristics and like occult energy reading and the signal type. With those clues it gives you the exorcism steps too

here's a horror game you might like Fooster it's called DON'T SCREAM you as the player need to spend 18 hours in the woods without screaming the moment you start moving that's when the clock starts counting down and if you scream at anytime before the 18 hours are up you have to start the game all over the game is based on the lost footage horror genre

Not me being terrified since it's 11:30 at night when I'm watching this by myself in my attic bedroom where a crawlspace is right out side my door to the right and runs along the right side of my bedroom and my closet doesn't have doors. Oh did I forget to mention the old owner died recently and we have heard what sounds like someone climbing down the attic steps both me and my mom on separate occasions when we were alone to the point my mom got the gun and I grabbed the dog and antlers off the fire place mantle cause we both thought someone was in the house on each occasion (we know the sounds of the house settling since it's been a year and the sounds have only happened twice scared the absolute shit out of us both).
