Wow, that duel between the Green Knight and Sarthoreal was really spectacular. The grail knights riding to their doom, fighting a losing battle to keep the hoard of halberds away long enough that the hero can finally slay the demon and have a chance at victory, really dramatic stuff.

@@milkandcookiesTW I agree. I tried an Empire campaign with Mixu and it felt like a totally fleshed out and much more enjoyable experience. It felt like a different game than the barebones vanilla version. Just my opinion, I know people like vanilla but once I found SFO and Mixu, I can't do vanilla for any extended time.

Im glad you show this mod, im playing a bretonnian campaign with SFO and i have to say it's really cool. I really think this is the level of a official dlc, this mod changes so much thing it's amazing. I hope for even more video with it and thanks again !

This mod is way better than an official DLC. It changes all factions to stay fairly balanced whilst getting as true to the lore as possible. They added more units than any DLC has, reworked buildings, unit statts, unit size, magic, ... I can't play without this mod anymore, it is just that good.

Definitely makes you think more. More building options, buildings have more diverse affects including some major drawbacks, reworked and more complex research trees, unique edicts for each faction, unique stances for each faction, even unit caps if you want them. Plus the campaign events are reworked, like the chaos invasion, there are options to make it where the empire states cant declare war on each other, and beastmen rising optional event that increases the number and severity of beastmen incursion as the game progresses. Overall a grand experience.

Am I the only one who finds SFO multiplayer battle more interesting vanilla? Vanilla might have better players but SFO has better mechanics for longer and closer battles. I wish so more high ranked players would play SFO.

a question guys: i think i want to get into tw warhammer 2 again. first i think ill buy the extra dlcs like vampire coast and so on and then get into online battles - or train a bit and get into online battles. the thing is iam totally out of this game. i guess i can get back into controls and the basic stuff...buuuut do u have any recommendation / suggestion on how i can increase my information about all factions, what unit is good against what and all the heroes / lords?! ofc its easy to see: this one has anti large, this one has armor piercing; nontheless i think the flood of information is currently too high for me. it is easy to know that i will counter the cavalry with my spears or halberds but in a real online battle, everyone brings different units, which i have to recognize as soon as the battle starts...thats what iam talking about. know what unit has the enemy and how to counter em.

I don't think so. Lost sons are Bretonnian men taken at childhood and raised by the Fay Enchantress to be essentially magical knights. Grail knights are Bretonnian knights who have completed the grail quest and sipped from the grail of the lady, granting them super human powers.

Lost sons are essentially magically attuned boys taken by the fay enchantress and raised to become magic knights, kind of like paladins or spellswords in other fantasy genres. Grail Knights are literal superhumans due to drinking from the grail and being imbued with the power of the lady, so you could almost view them as daemon princes/daemons of the lady of the lake.

What other army has a Stronger Cavalry than Bretonnia?

Bretonnia has the best horsemen in the setting. Ogre Kingdoms, Daemons of Chaos, Warriors of Chaos, the Empire and possibly Kislev will be able to compete or win in a pure cav fight, because they have Monstrous Cavalry, which is a different weight class (more expensive and more powerful). Realistically, Daemons would probably lose to Bretonnia in a cav fight because Grail Knights deal magic damage, which counters Daemons
