Thank you so much for sharing your own skills and your Sister’s podcast. I found your video on hand quilting as I am currently making a small quilt for my mother from an embroidery my Grandma Alice stitched. I have taken the original embroidery, added some stitching of my own and embroidered her grandparents', parent’s , brother’s, daughters' and grandchildren signatures within the panel. I have been delighted to listen to the beautifully narrated and researched story of your family history whilst stitching and quilting my own, with your help. Thank you both x

Dear Eleanor, this was so amazing in so many ways. I was moved to tears. Thank you! I really love your videos. It was so relaxing watching you do your needlework. I will definitely search for your sister's podcast. This was a sweet historical story but also so sweet to support your sister. Thank you.

This video is wonderful. You are so lucky to have such old correspondence between your family, plus the fact it's a two way 'conversation'. To be able to read of their lives must be out of this world. Time travel at its best. Your Crewelwork is beautiful. Thank you for sharing🤗

💖💖💖 Just a thumbs up for this video was not enough. This may be the best KZbinr video I have ever seen. So calm watching you sew by hand, 150 year old family letters that have been cared for, loved and respected all this time now being shared. Your stitching is beautiful and the love for creating passed down to you is fantastic! Thank you. I know you have hexagon EPP video I have got to go watch now.
