Being nice person you are, Chip and having a pleasing personality it's good leadership qualities any employees would desire in ideal world. Unfortunately we are not in one. Some employees would test you to your limits, more esp if your that nice. How do you keep them in check?

Hey bud. It's a tough one. I guess it boils down to finding the right staff that fit into your business culture. Some will fit and understand when it's time to play we play and when it's time to work we work.
