LS made old Cleet but he's showing signs of being burnt out on it. Since he owns a billion Crown Vics he branched out into Ford and now he's playing with Mopar. With all his other builds and toys, go-kart, ripsaw, jet boat, pilot's license, etc, I think he's a little bit of everything.

Lesson on why the shop is okay after a Lightning Strike: *Because the whole shell of the building is a conductor.* It's the same reason when you plug in a TV that you don't get electrocuted, the copper wires are a better conductor than through the rubber and through your skin and back out the other side. A metal shell is pretty much a forcefield from electricity. It's more likely to get struck (compared to air), but the metal gives the lightning a path to where it wants to be (so it won't go through things in the building). That said, lightning is so powerful, I'd expect a lot of delicate electronics to find themselves reset or flashed.

I have the background on the Duster. My dad modified it and did the custom paint job in 1974 and won a trophy and cash prize in a car show. He was about 25 yrs old at the time.
