That snake part was to show how Anin defies cultural perception. In Thailand, legs/feet are considered to be the "lowest" body parts or dirtiest parts. But Anin choose to touch Pin's leg and suck out the poison. Pin was surprised. Also, Anin's mother's love towards Pin is basically a trait of Thai society as well. Because there's a saying: If your daughter loves a woman, you'll get another daughter. To Thai parents of youth today, wlw is really cute and sweet.

And it’s also the reason why Aunt Pad said Pin caused disgrace to the Princess. The Princess has a higher rank so she must not do those kinds of things to a commoner or a title below her

@@biggayenergypod yes, thai fans also mentioned this about Khun Sam, she only kneeled in front of Mon and her Grandma and it’s apparently a big thing because of her title. Her grandma has higher rank so it’s kinda norm but for her to do that for Mon is really telling of her devotion. She also kissed Mon’s feet/ legs on ep 11 right haha

I truly enjoyed the foundation building of this episode. So many shows move so fast. They are showing you how it is and was. I also love that Velcurve Studios is doing the editing, so I expect good cinematography. They did Uranus 2324. I hope they don't time jump too much, since this show has 16 episodes and many story lines.

I'm currently watching your Gap review and discussion per episode, and I really enjoy watching them and it made me appreciate the series even more. I love how you notice even the smallest details that I didn't even notice. It made me want to watch Gap again even though I watched it a hundred times already. I hope you can also do that with the loyal pin. I think a lot of interesting details should be discussed in this series considering that you also read the novel. (And I also watched your review and I really enjoyed it. It was very interesting and entertaining at the same time) I hope you'll also do a per episode review and discussion for the loyal pin 🙏

Loved your reaction and if we based it on the planned hashtag for each episode I think it is clear what will be shown and the story will be on each EP. They only release until 6 Episodes, so I am guessing EP1-EP6 is book1, and the rest will be book2. Looking forward on your reaction on each episodes. @@captainseulgi they have read the novel, both books and did a podcast about the story of the books, and they are well informed as well of spoilers or pictures release for The Loyal Pin. Having the list of planned hashtag, will it spoil them when they themselves have read the novel and we don't know how this looks visually on each episode. All of us are on a waiting game every Sunday, looking forward for what will come on each episode.

If you remember they said they were spoiled about pin’s ring on the official trailer and they still didn’t know that so no, I don’t believe they know everything and they want to know everything. It was actually really good. Production, acting, and chemistry are all top notch. Freenbecky never disappoints. But I'm just wondering about the scene where Anil draws the Pine Palace and shows it to Lady Pin. It was supposed to be in the library right? I'm just confused it wasn't included for it is a very important scene in the book. Also I'm also wondering if Pin is Anil's first kiss. Because in the series we saw that when Anil fell off the tree, she fell on top of Pin and accidentally kisses her. And I don't know if that scene was real or for just transition sake. (I hope it's real tho, I didn't like Anil's first kiss in the novel I hope it's Pin)

Idk if this helps or if you already know this but here's my understanding: In english 1st person pronouns are based on gender : - she/her for women, - he/him for men - they/them for nonbinary people (there could be more I'm not sure). The thing is you can't really know the gender for sure (you can only guess) unless they tell you. So they write it out on social media so people know which pronouns to use...

I liked the changes..I just have to laugh that Becky and Freen are playing 15 and 16 year olds in the first episode. It explains the facial expressions of Becky. It would be nice if there would be more romance stuff since there is more episodes. It will definitely be more dramatic. It seems like the ladies that have crushes on her will have bigger roles in the show so I'm curious to see how that plays out. I enjoyed those actresses on My Marvelous Dream Is You even though the show as a whole was not very good.

Totally agree with everything you said. It is entertaining to watch Becky's childish facial expressions. She really commits to being a rambunctious teenager!
