I don't know if anyone noticed that the middle prince was reading the book like water for chocolate. The story focuses on the character "Tita," a young woman born into a strict family, expected to care for her mother for life, preventing her from marrying or being with the one she loves. One of the novel’s highlights is the use of cooking as a symbol reflecting the emotions and feelings of the characters. It employs a storytelling style known as magical realism, blending the fantastical with reality. For example, when Tita feels sadness or love, the food she prepares can pass on those emotions to whoever eats it. In a literary sense, this novel showcases Mexican culture and life in a traditional society, while also highlighting women's struggle for freedom in choosing a partner and controlling their own lives. It’s fair to say that it aligns closely with the themes explored in The Loyal Pin. Aunt Patt's condition. Internalized homophobia. She was a subject of society’s homophobic ideas. Later, she turned those ideas inward, believing that they were true and directed them towards her own niece and her lover. Prince Anan is not only the best male supporting character but the best in a GL in a long time, if TLP was able to exploit something it was to break the paradigms of the same gender and that is very remarkable. Princess Im knew that and respected the way Patt is. She also didn't have enough time to live so she didn't want to leave Patt alone to suffer the consequences so she confessed to Patt while keeping boundaries. Patt is experiencing what Princess Im said about love being uncertain. Patt didn't fully explore the essence of love. She knows lonely parts of it and the reality of unaccepting society. She fears that Pin will experience it. She's basically, being overbearing, keeping Pin sheltered from turmoil but having "wrong solution."

This chapter was amazing, it accelerated the climax, we could see the position of Prince Anan and his conversation with Anin about his perspective on same-sex couples. It's love, how can it be stopped, the best possible line in a GL in a long time, something that I loved is that Anin wears pants when she meets with her brother, that's a good detail to show that the female figure is in the same position, that there is equality. I also noticed the book that the upset brother is reading and I think it's a good reference to the strict laws of the time and how Anin breaks those rules to be with the person she loves. Overall FB gave us some natural scenes and their greatest quality is that they inject a bit of it into those characters, who says you have to show skin to get the viewer excited.

Lady Aon is like your psychopath ex gf. Had my own experience with that. It was crazy 😅 but I'm looking forward to how Anin resolves it. I also think she should tell Pin because Anin is so much in danger. She needs someone to help her out. Anin is definitely strong and wouldn't be fazed by threats but I feel kinda bad that she keeps solving problems on her own. She really do need someone to join her hands. You understand Aunt Patt very well. She experienced falling in love with Princess Im but she didn't fully explored it. So she is used to "uncertainty of love" and the way she behaves around Im shows who she is as a person like being docile and too respectful. Im knew that and respected the way Patt is but she also didn't want Patt to suffer so she didn't take it to next level. Instead, she confessed to Patt and gave her love in her own way while keeping boundaries.

Let’s plan murder mystery for both Khun Kuea & Khun Aon 😈 Auntie’s backstory not enough airtime. Princess Im was sick hence aunt Pad was assigned as her caretaker & over time they developed feelings. And I read that the rank of Princess Im is very high which parallels Pin “reaching beyond” for Princess Anil I can understand aunt coming from a mother’s pov of not wanting her child to live her pain and settle down into a nice family (because she sees only his good man facade). Maria is so softhearted in how she responds to whatever is emotionally affecting the characters which in turn affects us. We love seeing both of your reactions to any given scene ,especially about the doofus Kuea because why would he pursue someone who he knows can’t stand him. The same goes with Aon who it seems can’t take no for an answer from Anin. Blackmail won’t make her love you anymore Aon.Both of them need to buy a clue and disappear.

Great reaction video for EP10, for me so far specially on this latest episode, Lady Aon is worse than Master Kuea but then again, we haven't seen what else he really is capable of, if they stick by the novel story then Kuea is the biggest jerk in this series. The blackmailing and Lady Aon finding out about Princess Anin and Lady Pin's relationship was actually not in the novel, so this was an added twist to the series. In the novel, it was almost as if Lady Aon never really do anything as drastic as blackmailing Princess Anin, she was like a background character that exist there having this on sided love to Anin, but remain as a friend. So them changing Lady Aon character to this devious blackmailer person is a surprise really. I want to know what Princess Anin answer will be, but I know she's a smart woman and she will never break up with Lady Pin, so I'm pretty sure her answer to Lady Aon will put her in her place, i hope so, and she stop being greedy and clingy as if blackmailing Princess Anin will make her return her feelings.

I wanted heng to be a good guy for once, Aon is just arrrg, Kuek is stupid. Anin is great, so clever, Pin Horny and dedicated in honest way to Anin. I love that Anin and Pin tease each other so much, they have known each other so long, their bond is strong. Princess Patt relationship was better explained in the book, but was done well here in the few short minutes given to her story. Love your reviews.

We finally got Princess Patt's backstory. I knew it was tragic, but it felt much worse seeing it than reading it. I get why Princess Patt is doing what she's doing with Pin, but she's going about it ALL THE WRONG WAY. Slimey ass Kueakiat is at it again doing his endround to get Pin's hand in marriage. He clearly doesn't love Pin. Oh, he probably has some affection towards her, but if he truly cared for more than her title, he would have moved on a while ago. In the novel, once Anin puts the ring on Pin's finger, Pin never takes it off...NEVER. I will say though, even when Princess Patt was berating Pin about the ring, why did she still look so beautiful. Princess Patt's story mirrors Pin closely. The only difference is Princess Im was ill from birth. In the novel, the author explains how she wasn't expected to live long. I'm glad she got to live long enough to at least experience how love feels before the end. Also, don't blame Patt...at this point, no one knows the real deal about Kueakiat. Big Bro comes through again. I'm glad that Anin and Pin have another ally. Anin signed "I Love You" twice to Pin in the Romeo and Juliet scene. That is one of the best scenes in the show for me. Aon is a stalker. She don't get it. It ain't about taboo. It's about the fact that Anin doesn't love her. Aon can't seem to accept that like Kueakiat. Fabio had me dying about Aon. As to who is worse, Kueakiat is worse. I'm not gonna spoil it, but he is worse. Great reaction!! The live sounds fun. I'll be there. 🙂
