I scored a 179. There are a vast number of resources available for learning the test, and the great news is that the LSAT is imminently learnable. After hundreds of hours of learning and practicing the LSAT, once you are PTing in the mid 170's, you are ready to sign up for the test. The key to succeeding on the actual test is to stress test in preparation for the test day anxiety you will undoubtedly face. Between signing up and taking the test, I recommend taking the test under conditions that are more difficult that the actual test. I PT'd at the end of long workdays, in noisy bars, with 5 minutes reduced from each section. It may take you a while to achieve, but once you can consistently obtain a 170+ under these conditions, you are ready to take the actual test.

Thank you for your advice. Because of your wisdom, I moved from 144 to 154 on the Law Hub practice tests. Now I will start writing out the questions and answers so that I can get at least 170 in the exam mode by November. I keep getting the same 154 by reviewing only by reading the questions and answers.
