Don't even read the whole chapter or chapter before to see what's it talking about. Like people say it's OK to eat unclean foods cause Yahawahsi said it's not what goes into the mouth that defileth a man but what comes out. They take that and run when it wasn't talking about eating unclean foods but the washing of hands before eating. Also in the vision Peter had. About unclean animals. They take that and run with it. The Term "Lucifer" originates from Latin, Lux/Luces which means Light. ISAIAH never wrote or spoke Latin, nor used Latin Terms or Names. He was a Hebrew Prophet lead by the holy Spirit. kudos but one major error. Nebudchadneezar had not been born yet and the burden or prophecy according to the same chapter was to be fulfilled 90 years earlier during the reign of King Ahaz. It is possible that the prophecy is about a Satrap of the king that was a Tyrant but you are correct, it had nothing to do with Satan.
