Honestly the Lucio changes aren't even that unbalanced. Mercy still does more damage per second than Lucio, and she isn't meant to do a bunch of damage. Blizzard should definitely buff Lucio again.

lucio ability idea, every time lucio hits an enemy with his primary fire they gain a music charge, the damage and knock back of the boop will now increase depending on the number of stacks an enemy has, not a major amount, just a little extra
