This run had so many curses it made me think of an item dimensional candle: half the total chance for a floor to be cursed, but if a floor is cursed it has two curses at once also another idea for either a trinket or another item you get a curse every floor but every completed floor give +1 damage I think that together would make for a great challenge and dimensional candle as its own item would make a great addition to "THE AMAZING COMMUNITY, MATT,(and honestly mostly...)HEADCRAB ISAAC MODPACK"

Matt, when you mentioned adoption papers it made me think of a run. Start with Lilith, Adoption Papers, and maybe something like Deep Pockets/Head of the Keeper, and just try and collect every baby. Maybe ONLY babies if it should be more challenging. Throw in a 4.5, 9 volt, or The Battery for extra baby shenanigans

Hey there’s a mod that may help with your donation machine problem. It spawns a dono machine after beating an ending boss (Blue baby, The lamb, delirium, mother and Mega Stan). It’ll also spawn even if you already blew up your donation machine previously so you can continue to rig everyday without running out of money

R Key into Mother IS the route. Every time I find R Key, mother is my route, as Mega Satan and Beast end/can end the run, and getting Delirium isn't consistent since you won't hit Hush (no timer reset). Plus it trivalizes all the alt path and knife piece gimmick stuff. That's definitely how I beat her as The Lost.

Since mattman is peak I have a question, I used R key once and got the exact same run. Same items appeared in the rooms and it was the exact same layout for each floor. I didn’t know this was possible. Has this happened to anybody else?

Also Mario and Luigi Brothership is going to be amazing, I've been binging the series again before that one comes out as of a few months ago, where I've already beaten Superstar Saga, Partners in Time, Bowser's Inside Story, and am currently around halfway through Dream Team. I may have to speed through Paper Jam to finish in time, but it's worth it, each game is so great even on your 1st, or 3rd, or 10th playthrough.

When Repentance first came out, there was a not too uncommon softlock, where if you entered the Gideon fight with Vanishing Twin, the game would bug out with the added Gideon, not allowing you to end the fight ☠️ Thank God they patched that out!
