Hello Yu Song, suji (筋) is a word that within its many uses, is also used to describe logical moves in many types of board games, like shogi and mahjong. There isn't really a direct translation but in this context it's "logical move because it's NORMAL to do so, it's SUJI". I think this meaning has to do with the fact that it can also mean "muscle", like suji moves are muscle memory, or maybe with the fact that it can also mean "fiber", "line", "string", like suji moves are as consistent as a line, which always goes in the same direction, and so while making those moves, you are going through the suji line. Most likely the second one but I'm not sure though.

Suji in mahjong is it's own terminology and concept separate from what you are describing.

A Smog Check sounds like the required emissions test we have to have every year where I live. Your car has to pass certain emission standards yearly in order to renew your car tag. Also, be careful with Carvana. I've heard sketchy things about them lately.

Draft mode with a few friends for MTG with boster boxes is fun. Especially when everyone's around the same skill levels. Then you can keep what ever holo or rare cards you drafted :)

Su yong, the best magic the gathering format to play with friends is commander! You can get pre constructed decks for like 40 bucks. A booster box of the newest set could be fun for a draft night with 5 others, otherwise you wont actually get that much out of it. You can build some mediocre decks but not anything thatll be fun for that long.
