Hi Rosie! I am a young mom of 3 children all under 5 yo and I love both this podcast and the album! I have been dealing with boughts of depression since moving away from my family to another country 5 years ago and though I love my children with all of my heart, the job of raising them can be overwhelming and relentless at times. All lot of what you touched on in this episode is very relatable to me (spiralling, etc.) I've struggled with openly communicating my troubles and it has been difficult to learn how to do so in a healthy manner with those close to me. Absolutely we need community, meaningful relationships, honest communication and reassurance! This episode was itself very reassuring!
