This song is part of their Japanese album or single. When they do Japanese albums, TOP and GD's parts are in English. They wrote their own part to fit into the songs. This is early Bigbang, GD and TOp weren't fluent in Japanese at that time.

T.O.P acted in "Iris" a Korean drama (2009), and BigBang was asked to prepare a theme song with Japanese vibes that would match the drama release in Japan (2010). BigBang then recorded this Japanese lyric song and agreed to bring mafia vibes for the MV just like the character T.O.P played in "Iris". Just a fun fact about their acting abilities as you have mentioned before, GD and Taeyang were Child actors 😁😁, the rest they actually acted early on, but this MV was early Bigbang. I just think the camera percieved them well. It's like their body is talking to the camera if you know what I mean.
