This cake is a replica of the original Macallan house which is featured in their logo. I placed the logo on the drive way of the estate made in royal icing and gold highlighter.

The cake was made with a rich chocolate cake, a generous dose of The Macallan 18, tart raspberry coulis, tart raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream and dark semi sweet chocolate ganache. A decedent not too sweet combination perfect for enjoying with a glass of Macallan Whiskey.
