Hii! What do you put to the eyebrows before the makeup

hi! I had glued down my brows before starting the makeup! I use an elmers glue stick, concealer and setting powder to do this (which is why they were so bright white in the beginning) I have a video linked in the description box on how to glue down your brows from a creator who I thought explained it really well if you are interested!
