I haven’t gone cat fishing in a couple years. I forgot how much fun that is. One of my favorite giant beasts to catch here in Colorado. We have surprisingly good cat fishing in the Denver Metro area here. No one really targets them and most people here don’t even know we have giant cats in their local ponds and lakes.

Definitely recommend Mad Katz rods, i used to have a bunch of Slimecat rods and they broke or had defects from the factory and my warranty on them was not honored, but my Mad Katz Pink/Purple Heavy is still catching me big Colorado channel cats. And lil nugget about Mad Katz, they seen me post a poll on the Slimecat Facebook group last year and the poll was asking people their thoughts on creating different rod color combinations one being the very Pink rod idea that i had wanted originally and took those ideas and more and knocked it out so good i bought one for myself. 😎
