But the category of citizenship is angikrit which means He cannot become the Prime Minister or higher such post but can utilize all other authority which is utilized by normal Nepali citizen. But if the married foreign person get Nepali citizenship(angikrit) according to law then his son can get the citizenship which can become Prime Minister also It is very good provision

I am from Birgunj and have gone through everything that you said. If Nepal would have been in the Northern side of Himalayas, India need not to do anything like it didn't for Tibbet. It may be wise to fight against China, but not at all, wise to fight against Himalayas. India must use Himalaya, the natural barrier, as a friend, and integrate Nepal and Bhutan, the southern Himalayas, as states of India with special economic package atleast for next 10 years, make their population richer, let their kids reach into IITs, NITs, IIMs and AIIMS with special quota initially and then build tourism, educational and hydro energy infrastructure there. Then only southren Himalayas common values of democracy and open religion can survive..!! If China can micromanage Nepal communist party, so does India can, and India with great cause of upliftment, will be applauded by Neplis..!!

Nepal is using wrong word "unification" when captured Indian land . It was "captured" by Nepal in a war and then lost in a War. If Nepal hold this area for around 25 years and it will belong to Nepal forever, then 95% of Nepal land was Controlled ( Unified) by Indian kings ( Ashoka The Great, Chandragupta, Gupta, Vikramaditya, etc) for more than 400 years. Should India claim 95% land of Nepal? Agreement was not fair because Nepal lost the war and had only choice to sign treaty or loose the whole kingdom. Indian ( Sikhs, Indian British Army, etc ) beat Nepal in most of the wars. Nepal always tried to capture Sikkim, Tibet and Indian lands. But, Nepal lost all the war at the end. Nepal was never been captured by British because Nepal was the only reliable friend of British 5000miles ways in India Subcontinent. Whenever Indian try to revolt against British Empire. Nepal sent army to help British to crush Indian Freedom struggle (i.e Indian rebellion of 1857). From that time British were keeping Ghurkhas close to them because they never trusted Indian people. British use Ghurkhas against Indian, in return British gave Nepal “ Madhesh land” and part of tax collected from Indian people. If you believe, Nepal was never ruled by other country then so as Bangladesh. After India Independence, India had a feeling to Free Madhesh from Nepal, but Nepal signed a friendship treaty 1950 that allow Madheshi to access their home country (India).

Fun Fact: You say Madhesi are below average or poor people. The richest man in the country is Madhesi. So only some are poor and poor are not only those people there are poor people from every communities. Two people have a different opinion on the same matter. We are doing Engineering and we sit on same bench and we are happily moving, we do project together. Even they hate those leaders. Will you give citizenship right to the child if your daughter marry pakistanis. Probably not or it'll take time. Same is the case here. And Indian Policies are the same once England had with India. At least we believe So. Indian People have no clue about that. But I want you to tell that 21% of a population of Nepal is Madhesi and tharus. Not 50%. That 50 % in terai are from every community and they include hilly people and mountain region people too along with madhesis. what we don't like of some madhesi leader is that they want Independent Madhesh. And Obviously we are not going to let it happen. Obviously Cheli beti ka rishta hai. But India always want to be in power. India don't want its neighbour country to rise. So Indirectly they are supporting madhesis and want to divide us. India have no right to say we are not satisfied with your constitution.. Every country welcomed our constitution. It was accepted by almost 90% of the parliament members. So why can't India accept it. Obviously there may be some flaws. But they can be solved in near future. And you know what indian constitution was accepted by only about 63% of parliament members. And they say they are the largest demoratic country. As those 37% later accepted their constitution so will our people accept. So just stay as friend don't involve in personal matter. We'll sove ourself. And we don't give a damn about china...and obviously we don't wan't to depend on single country..If blockade happens again we should feed ourself. That all is the relation with china.
