Yes, my drug is back, I lost so much time playing this during the beta... If I'm correct, if you click on the bottom-right button that says "Classic" you can switch your playing hand to play Seven Pairs and Thirteen Orphans (this button was elsewhere during the beta)

I call the circular tiles "crack" tiles. Because back when I was a boy, someone called the "man" tiles "cracks". I always assumed it was the circular ones because they were little crack rocks.
