im not gonna lie. this sounds like Philosophy of the worlds by The Shaggs. and it doesnt even have that novelty to it that the shaggs has.

there's shitloads of bands this sound is referencing a lot more explicitly than the shaggs. which im asuming you've never heard of. you know, garage bands. im guessing you probably heard of the shaggs from zappa, who you consider the greatest musician that ever lived. and consider daniel johnston, who you've heard from cobain, as the craziest guy out there to put out a record. have a nice life
