These books are so wonderful. It's such a shame that the book ended with the land of medicines adventure though, and even that was cut short. Shame they didn't read the land of tempers and presents. They were funny chapters. Wonder why Kate didn't do those ones. But even so, the books are great. Love the far away tree! :)

I’ve loved these books all my life. Kates narration is good, although I find she overemphasis’s a tiny bit at times. Of course that’s only to my ear, other’s, I’m sure, find she’s just right!

@@_blue_bell_237_ Well you know when you want to emphasise something you say it a bit louder and push more power into the word. I just sometimes feel she over does it a bit, that’s all, but like I said, it’s only to my ear, it’s probably fine for most!

Oh wow, I wonder why this one is longer than the version I have on audible. The one I have is about four hours, this one is almost double that. Do you have any ideas why

It's an abridged version that is only 3 hours 49 minutes, I try not to upload abridged works unless that is all that's available. Evidently I obtained an unabridged copy from some source but I have no real memory of where that was and can't seem to find it now. I think it was a cassette I ordered from eBay and I think I donated it to my local library after I saved a copy to my PC.
