Whats up guys! So a recurring question in the comments is asking why I put a bobber stop above the knot of my chatterbait. Simple answer is the knot I tie gives you 3 tag ends which are susceptible to getting hung up on grass (especially in the delta). The bobber stop helps "cover" them just a bit more from the weeds and you'll get hung up much less throughout the day. Hope that helps!

Greg, A bait I have not used for over 10 years. Got addicted to plastic baits and put all hard baits aside. This year I am going to get back into them. Rod set ups are very similar to my confidence baits when i kayak bass fish. Spinnerbait, frog, Senko and jig are my top 4. But instead of the crankbait i throw a swimjig.

I really feel THE MOST important factor is tidal swing. Although your confidence bait was the crank. You need deeper water for the crank of course. I was really wondering if those crank fish would hit a Senko given the tide differential

Another great video. If you had thrown a red spinnerbait or a red Jackhammer, you may have gotten as many bites with those as you did with the crankbait. Clearly you were on top of the winning pattern.
