My favorite channel hands down. I've been searching for answers about this reality my whole life. Unfortunately, I spent 23 years drinking heavily, 9 years off n on with heroin, and 3 on meth. I found this channel when I hit rock bottom and decided to finally get sober at 43 years old. I'm now 220 days sober, going to school for addiction counseling and just got on the dean's list with a 3.74 GPA. I'm gonna get a 4.0 from now on, or at least I'm pretty sure I will. This channel has helped me considerably and I wanted to express my deepest gratitude and thanks to you all for making these texts available to the public. Thank you

Omg! I literally listened to this 2 days ago. Been having a rough time of it housing situation/finances and immediately stopped scrolling my twitter feed, full of negative news and started thinking positively, even singing positive songs in my head to stop the fear/anxiety of our situation. Had applied last week for our perfect rental, thinking negatively initially, then BELIEVING, literally just had the news we have secured our perfect rental!!

I am listening to this daily, 1 hour each morning & each time I receive a new "clue" & piece of information that is truly helping me gain clarity & understanding of how I am in the power seat & I am making the best amazing life for myself. Something once again switched for me a couple days ago. Since then I’ve been expanding my energy, myself, being more open, self-loving… all of that and more. I’ve communicated my thoughts and feelings and it’s all been reciprocated easily. If this type of living doesn’t appear to be working relax some get it quickly but for most it comes more slowly, it did for me. Some “teachers” are fake, through learning you’ll pick up their false narrative; avoid them. They slow our progress through false teachings. The secret is out in the opening. Do not want things, BE Thankful for receiving them. Thankful for your good health, wealth, love, success, strength, etc; Thankful ❤ Self love, acceptance, gentleness are all good companions to carry with you as you journey ❤ Discipline is necessary there’s no substitute for it. Practice, practice, practice your gratitude for things unseen, yet on their way ❤

I have an edited version of this with music I got a few years ago. I listened to it regularly. When I saw this was 7hrs I was a bit confused as it was so much longer. I now realise the one I had was very edited down. And so much good content was missing. I really like this book as it holds to some sense of psychological power without it being necessarily magical. It is in line with my growing understanding of how we can change things with the power of belief. Great book. 1948 🤯

Heavenly Father, only you know the burdens I face please bless me and my children this Christmas. As a single mom it can be hard to have everything on your shoulders. Especially because both of my sons are autistic. It’s difficult to raise children alone but despite the challenges I face I keep faith in you Lord. As I struggle to pay rent and as I struggle to buy groceries for my children. Jesus deliver me from my anxieties, and my troubles. Give me strength. She has 2 FREE Facebook pages, and free Q&As. The bulk of the protocol is: vegan, 2-4 T freely ground chia seed, 1 lb cruciferous vegetables/leafy greens, and enough fruit to tolerate the taste, when necessary, plus a gallon of water.
