Weird how this Surrender kinda coexists with Acceptance/ already having it. Been implementing this it’s crazy it’s an ART and mastering it is fun at first it starts off weird but the more you utilize it, the amount of growth in one’s Conviction becomes second nature.

I thought I was able to live with my decision, but when there is an outcome that you don’t expect and that doesn’t work out good I just stepped right back into knowing that I had an expectation and end up regretting and falling into depression for making that decision.
