Dr Sebi 🥰 love sea moss as well. One thing to note, sea moss is super high in iodine so if you have high thyroid issues this can complicate it. Greek yogurt, naturally high protein. Regular yogurt, naturally high in estrogen 😉 they won’t tell you that though. Also eggs, SUPER RICH in vitamins & minerals. It’s been a staple in a variety of species diet for a reason. So many animals provide this super food 😌 everything we need has been provided 🥰
