hey, I loved your video and recently adopted my bunbun Chai. In doing search prior to adopting her I saw a few videos on rabbit island and the rabbits there aren't treated right, they're given only pellets which they receive from the tourist that visit the island, no hay, and very poorly maintained water dishes. It's truly a miracle that they've survived so long. Just wanted to share that since so many people have seen your video and no one pointed it out. much love

Oh I hate to hear that about rabbit island. It would be easy for the gift shop there to also provide hay for the visitors to give to the rabbits, too. Thank you for commenting and raising awareness. Perhaps we can improve things for those buns by spreading the word.

@@thesolesibyl it’s truly sad because no one is actually responsible for those rabbits the gift shop is only ever trying to make money off of them and doing it poorly at that. The rabbits have grazed down all of the greens if there were any to begin with and are riddled with infections from fights and malnutrition. It’s sad really because their only source of food comes from the tourist and in a time like this I can’t imagine very many people deciding to go visit during a pandemic. My heart goes out to those rabbits and I truly do hope things improve for them through us shedding some light on what they’re going through

If any of you own a rabbit as I do, I strongly suggest you look up Lennon the Bunny on youtube, there is A LOT of misinformation on taking care of a rabbit, And she really clears it up. I kept my rabbit in a cage for a little bit less than a month and then I found Lennon the Bunny and learned so much! She is now free roamed and litterbox trained! I love my Mitsuki very much

Rex rabbits are so lovely and sleek. I know rabbits are used as therapy pets to comfort people in hospitals and nursing homes. I have no trouble imagining Dee-Dee calming your home. How lucky you are! Thanks for watching and for sharing.

read the comment about RABBIT ISLAND , how very sad that there really is a place where rabbits only food source are dry food pellets from a few tourists , As a suggestion if you were able to locate any shops there , you could put up a link to the shops so we could contact them to suggest they sell other food sources and hay etc , just an idea , Thank you to your friend daisy and good self for your lovely video , very informative

@@thesolesibyl ; Everything rabbit (or hare) is magical to me. Perhaps it's because of their place at the bottom of the food-chain that makes them so special. In many ways they're so tough and resilient, yet at the same time so very fragile. They really are such special creatures.

I had a dream of two black bunnies I was taking care of full of furr and healthy. In my dream their feet was very cold and I did everything to keep them warm even turned my air down. So I made them socks for their feet. In my dream I picked them up and held them close to my heart as if I could feel and hear their heartbeat. Anyone have any suggestions on my dream ? Hi, I had a funny dream , I was on a grassy steep hill with lots of other people we were hunting a bad man or woman , looking for them coming over the hill, I looked up I saw things being thrown high into the sky above us , I thought arrows, then rabbits ,then I felt a gassy feeing go into my lungs and sedate me , I lay asleep after calling on my son , then woke into a hospital with other people ....
