The breath has always been the bridge, the breath has always been a physical/metaphysical hybrid (as is the spine and heart), our blood the ocean that delivers eternal energy physicalized, with our breath being the transport system our blood uses to infuse eternity into it within the time/space continuum.

Samadhi can be easier to learn, entirely prone, where gravity equally affects the body, in the asana Savasana (corpse pose). The goal is to learn how to make the breath more and more soft and slow. As the body is still over a duration a standing wave builds up, this is a rhythm initially in blood circulation-that gradually coheres with the breath. It’s perilous to attempt this in poor physical health as any major blockage points in the lymphatic system will cause excruciating pain as pressure builds up (instead of allowing the rhythmic freedom of flow). So prior to attempting this practice it’s imperative to gain excellent health in body. The goal is ultimately to build up this standing wave (rhythm) until the it reaches a sufficient force to act as a means so as to seemly draw in breath. This corresponds to a rest in the diaphragm mechanism and opening of the skin apertures so as to help facilitate gas permeation. If correctly preformed the body appears motionless, the mind experiences a type of transcendence, and the periods between mechanical breaths are prolonged for longer and longer durations (with half a year of practice it should be possible to get to around 45-1hr of stillness). This samadhi is moreso a passive one, characteristic of a lucid type of dream, but it conditions you for practicing upright meditation. Building up the same standing wave is much more challenging since you are working against gravity. There is even less wiggle room for blockages or poor health. Building up the standing wave requires substantially more blood pressure, bravery and endurance, since often times you are first having to break through blockages to proceed in progress. Success will be obvious, since it feels similar in character to prone samadhi. The major difference is the willful intentional control of where you place your attention. This is pretty abstract to express, but basically, you can ‘center’ the ‘knot’ (it’s more like a twisting point) of the rhythmic cycle in different places anatomically. It’s easiest first in the heart, then in the head. They correspond to very different sensations, where I’ve found the heart to be more akin to intuitive search and the mind to intuitive synthesis. Both sensations feel akin to being part of a vast vortex of light. Slowing the rhythm down and focusing the point of attention to anywhere else in the body is productive for healing by means of burning through blockages. Just to recap: breath control and sustained stillness in body meditation a gateway to a profound cognitive dimension. There are variations of it that are more passive and active, its effects are profound, but it’s extremely difficult to both prepare oneself to start, and maintain the discipline to practice.

Good point and also it's intresting to me that through study I have came up with certain concepts of the past that would make me see how foundations of Hinduism transcend into Buddism that were of either the same, related or retold events of ancient SUMER! And religion was conceived by the ancient tales/events of the ancient books (Vedic texts & so forth) that were these accounts but were retold through the conceived perceptions & translations of those civilations that came way later! Ok. Ok. Ok. I probably shouldn’t say this, but… ok. I began to control my energies and the energies of others, less than a year ago. Early on I vibrated “Elohim” in a chant and my body started moving as though it was taken and guided and I learned… things… Ok. Then I went into a deep state meditation and I felt “a snake” wrap around my body and told me, in my mind, to listen. I thought, what would Carl Jung do? So I asked, “who are you?” And it hissed as it spoke. “You know who I am, now SHUT UP!” It said that I must be careful. It said I don’t know what I’m doing. Shut up and listen and be careful. The snake went away and has never spoke again. I have continued my practices with amazing results but I risk speaking about this because I need more guidance. This video was helpful.

I can agree there’s both masculine and feminine traits in both male and female. That being said if I’m born a man why should I not accept the definition of man?
