Thank you for this video on using Opalite. I just ordered a pendulum made with opalite knowing it is man made but I was so drawn to the beautiful shifting colors in it. I watched a video before yours on Opalite to see if it had any particular energy and they said it had no energy or uses because it wasn't created in the earth. I am happy to have found your video showing how useful opalite can be in a practice even though it wasn't created naturally in the earth. I have opalite runes which I love working with. I also feel goddess frigga responds strongly with the energy of this stone. Lunar watery energy, it’s also reflects blue hues that you can see in glaziers. I just love working with opalite. Thank you, it was insightful.

I don't if this happens everywhere but at least here, around my place, Opalite is very often sold as an imitation of Moonstone, and maybe that's why I didn't like it before. Some people don't even see the difference. However, now I understand that even if it's a man-made stone, it doesn't make it less beautiful.

Yes, of course. Just want to mention that being a witch or practicing witchcraft is not a religion. It's a practice. You can be any religion and practice, just as you can be atheist and practice. You will eventually be criticized if you chose to practice openly. It's just the world we live in. You'll get used to it, or you'll chose to keep it more private. No biggie. You don't need anything to practice. If you want to start working with ingredients, just start collecting herbs and oil from the market. Find your own stick from a tree you love and transform it into a wand. Buy salts. Take baths with your herbs and salts. Keep a journal. Make an alter in a box. Use birthday candles for candle magick. Go for a walk in nature and find rocks that call to you and take them home, cleanse and charge them. Use them for what you need. You won't miss a thing, I promise. It's from you, not the tools.
