Compliments Mr Harmeet Singh: There are sections like the honey, coffee and tea and the South India section that buffets my native Australia should adopt: the pancake section looks superb; I would jokingly bemoan the absence of waffles and crumpets, but it should be a template for buffets in the Southern Hemisphere.
