The magnificent breakfast spread at the Leela Ambience at World Juniors 2019

A good chess player needs good nutrition so that his energy levels are maintained throughout an event. Especially if the tournament is as intense as the World Juniors 2019.
At the Leela Ambience and Convention, the official hotel of the World Juniors 2019, the players were treated to sumptuous and huge spread of breakfast.
To give you a glimpse of what the breakfast was like IM Sagar Shah reached cafe Knosh at 6.30 a.m. Breakfast in charge Chef Harmeet Singh is your host and tells you all the about the different dishes!

Compliments Mr Harmeet Singh: There are sections like the honey, coffee and tea and the South India section that buffets my native Australia should adopt: the pancake section looks superb; I would jokingly bemoan the absence of waffles and crumpets, but it should be a template for buffets in the Southern Hemisphere. The chef was really courteous to show around and explain also! I loved the cart street food concept and the masala dosa looked yummm......both the Indians were a wee bit strugglers with English diction but somehow pulled off pretty OK.....at least comprehensive to the audience!
