That switch from acoustic to electric in Lay it All was brilliant. Keys kick in and then the slide on up to heaven

great footage Steve! your recordings were always good but this is dynamite!! long shots on the band at a time. I hate choppy videos that switch views every 5 Seconds. If more concerts were shot the way you shoot them. I would probably be watching a lot more live video!! keep it up brothe!!!r you got it down perfect!!

the credit truly goes to Anderson. I set normally (venue permitting) set up 3 cameras "static" two that use John/Joe as the split point, (frame Marc> drums as one cam, frame drums > Rich/Matt as the other) and a 3rd cam that "frames" the stage. I don't touch those cameras, at all. that provides 3 steady angles. the 4th cam I call "zoom cam", and that one I shoot in the style of the other 3, in addition to closer zooming. and if I 'bump' the zoomcam, there's 3 other angles to fall back on to edit out the bumps. but I hear what you're saying, and thanks for the kind words....just wanted to defer to it being more of a 'team effort', right down to Rich's permissions and his tour manager going to bat for me, more than once, when she wasn't required to do so. and theres' THREE more still coming, I think all are 4 cam; all are a minimum of 3 (Nashville, Birmingham and Des Moinesm though I know Birmingham had 4), sooner than later. promise ;)
